Recent Publication on Family Law Released by Attorney Kratcoski

Attorney Peter Kratcoski recently published a Chapter in the book titled “Juvenile Justice Administration” published by CRC Press. The Chapter is entitled “Family Law Pertaining to Children at Risk.” The focus of the Chapter is the interaction between the Juvenile Court and the Domestic Relations Court when dealing with children who are identified as “children at risk” due to issues involving abuse, delinquency and neglect. In addition, the Chapter explores recent significant case law pertaining to the parent-child relationship and the legal rights of the children, parents and the State in relation to each other.   An additional focus is the evolving issue of child custody and child support.
